The engagement

The opportunity

Patients needed to find care, and ask for it.

The clinic needed a clearer digital presence for its services and a path for prospective patients to explore care and request an appointment.

Ultrafast Weight Loss MD serves Montgomery and Central Alabama, with telehealth consultations available to Alabama residents. The work had to make a medically-fluent offer legible to someone deciding, on a phone, whether to call.

The work

A website that answers the questions people actually arrive with.

Singular Studio designed and developed the clinic website and its service, contact, and telehealth journeys.

The structure follows the patient’s route rather than the clinic’s org chart: what treatments are available, what they involve, who they are for, and how to book. The contact path was made equally deliberate, so a first-time visitor can move from a service to a request without a detour.

The evidence

What the site did after launch.

The figures below are taken from a six-month Google Search Console screenshot supplied by the client, and from the clinic’s own report of enquiries received after launch.

We built a clearer online presence for a medical weight-loss clinic and helped prospective patients find information about its services and telehealth option. In the six-month Search Console screenshot supplied by the client, the site recorded 133 clicks from 5.09K Google Search impressions. The clinic also reported receiving leads and telehealth consultation inquiries after launch.

A note on these numbers: Google Search Console measures search visibility and clicks. It does not by itself establish that organic search produced the enquiries the clinic reported, and we do not claim that it does. The figures are published as the client supplied them.
